30/30: 30 minutes of spinning followed by 30 minutes of strength OR 30 minutes of spinning followed by 30 minutes Pilates.

Boot Camp: Full body training with a combo of strength, endurance & cardio all in one class. Using a combination of exercises and multiple muscle groups you’ll gain strength and endurance like never before!

Mystery Class: A class that is constantly different. Classes could include Spinning, steps, body weight exercises, kettlebells, dumbbells, barbells, intervals, isometrics – IT’S A MYSTERY!

Power Pedal: A one-hour experience of power, high energy and heat in this intense calorie burning SPINNING style class.

Silver Sneakers: Silver Sneakers is a total body conditioning class offering exercises for the upper and lower body designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Resistance tools and a chair for seated and standing support are used to increase the effectiveness of functional skills and abilities needed for independent living.

SPINNING: An energizing fast paced workout simulating hills and flat rides with speed, strength and endurance.

SPIN Camp: A combination class of SPINNING and Boot Camp – combining both cardio and strength conditioning, offering a full body workout.

SPIN/Tabata: A combination class of SPINNING and Tabata intervals. Classes will use cardio and strength activities and will be sure to get your heart pumping.

Spinal Fit Yoga: Hour long class designed to increase heat and relax while improving your spinal health.

Yoga Mobility: Designed to complement our CrossFit program, this yoga class will offer rest and recovery, repairing the muscles and tissues that break down during your workouts and over time gaining flexibility and a greater range of motion to your muscles and joints.

Zumba: Zumba is a Latin-inspired dance-fitness program that blends red-hot music and contagious steps to form a “fitness-party” that is downright addictive. Come join the party!
