CrossFit is defined as “constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity,” but at Advanced Performance CrossFit it’s so much more. We want members to become part of a thriving community, where people are passionate about fitness. Our program pairs functional exercises with athletic conditioning which can include anything from Olympic weightlifting, kettlebells, body weight exercises, gymnastics, running, rowing, jumping rope and more. Our workouts adapt and cater to all abilities and are scalable to everyone’s level. We are focused on training our members on optimizing physical competence in each of ten recognized fitness domains: Cardio-respiratory endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy.
