CHRISTMAS

Stop by our clinic at 201 Great Oaks Trail (next to Buehler’s), grab a provided box, fill it full of toys, school supplies & personal care items, then return the filled box to our clinic, and receive a GIFT VOUCHER for a FREE Health & Wellness Assessment and Treatment (a value of over $249!) AND be entered into our gift basket raffle!!

Each box will have a specified gender and age range of the child that will be receiving the box as well as suggested items to help you purchase accordingly.
