Erin first began coming into Advanced Health and Wellness Center when her husband, who is a patient, referred her for neck and lower back pain.
Erin had a difficult time moving and bending her neck without pain. She also had difficulty sleeping because of the pain in her neck and lower back.
Erin made the commitment to her care plan and to do the recommendations of Dr. Bupp & Dr. Zach. She is so thankful that she was educated on what was happening with her body and given the support to make positive lifestyle changes.
Since starting care Erin has had many improvements!
Her pain is gone, her neck no longer gets locked up and her lower back feels great. She is also sleeping better!
